Participant Consent, Media Release and Liability Waiver
By registering a child or participant under my care for the Woodcreek Inter-School Speed Skating Competitions, I confirm that their parent (s)/guardian(s) have provided consent on their behalf to participate in this event. I confirm that I am legally authorized to make decisions regarding the student's participation in this event.

Media Consent
I acknowledge that photography, videography, and other media recording may take place during the event. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya, I hereby grant consent to Woodcreek School, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and authorized third-party organizations to capture, process, store, use, reproduce, and publish images, video recordings, or other media of the participant for lawful promotional, educational, and marketing purposes for a period of not more than 10 years. These materials may be used without compensation on platforms including, but not limited to: social media channels, websites, digital marketing platforms, print publications, advertisements, and other online or offline promotional materials.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
I understand that participation in speed skating and related sporting activities involves inherent risks of injury or accident. By allowing the participant to take part in this event, I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation. To the extent permitted under the laws of Kenya, I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the organizers, directors, employees, coaches, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and venue providers from any claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from injury, loss, accident, or incident that may occur during participation in the event.
